Bookings, Payments & Cancellations
Italy in Love Tours offers refundable and non-refundable booking options.
Refundable bookings may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time (local time).
Cancellations within 24 hours, or no-shows, are non-refundable regardless of reason.
Non-refundable bookings cannot be canceled or modified.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events.
Discounts & Promotions
Promotional codes and discounts are valid only for direct bookings on our website and must be applied at checkout. Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated and cannot be applied retroactively.
Liability
Italy in Love Tours is not responsible for personal injury, illness, loss of life, or loss or damage to personal belongings during tours or services. We are not liable for delays, changes, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, strikes, government actions, or natural events.
Tour Operations & Changes
Tours operate rain or shine. For safety or logistical reasons, minor itinerary adjustments or changes in the order of sites may occur. Such changes do not entitle guests to refunds or compensation.
In the event of unexpected site closures, an alternative itinerary will be offered when possible. Refunds are not guaranteed in these circumstances.
Late Arrivals
Guests are responsible for arriving on time at the designated meeting point.
Semi-private tours: late arrival may result in loss of the tour with no refund.
Private tours: guides may wait when notified in advance; delay time will reduce tour duration and may incur additional charges.
Transfer services: drivers wait up to 1 hour after scheduled arrival. Delays beyond this may result in service forfeiture without refund.
Tickets & Special Access
Certain experiences require named, non-modifiable tickets. Availability is subject to regulations imposed by site authorities.
If a specific access level cannot be secured, Italy in Love Tours will offer:
An alternative experience, or
A full refund when access is entirely unavailable.
Identification Requirements
Guests must carry valid government-issued identification for tours involving ticketed sites. Names and ages must match booking details.

Messaging & Communications
By opting in at checkout, you consent to receive transactional messages (SMS or WhatsApp) related to your booking. Message frequency varies. Standard rates may apply.
Your contact details are used exclusively for service-related communication and are never shared or used for marketing purposes.
Small Group Experience
Semi-private tours are limited to a maximum of 6 guests per guide. In rare cases, one or two additional guests may be included to accommodate families or groups traveling together.
Last-Minute Bookings
We make every effort to accommodate last-minute requests. If a service cannot be fulfilled due to guide or ticket availability, a full refund or alternative will be offered.
Final Notes
Italy in Love Tours reserves the right to refuse service or cancel tours in exceptional circumstances where guest safety or operational integrity is compromised.
