Explore the marvellous center of the Eternal City with a private professional guide. See the most famous landmarks in the city, including the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Venezia and Piazza Navona as your private guide shares stories about Roman history, culture, art and also architecture.
First stop of the tour, Via dei Fori Imperiali is an important street in the city of Rome, lined on either side by the remains of the Forums of ancient Rome. The street runs from Piazza Venezia to the Colosseum with the Basilica Ulpia, Trajan’s Forum and Augustus’ Forum on the right and Caesar’s Forum and Nerva’s Forum on the left.
Next, Piazza Venezia is one of the biggest and most popular squares in Rome, mostly known for the famous “Altare della Patria”.
Continuing with the tour, we will discover the famous Pantheon, the best preserved monument of ancient Rome.
At the bottom of The Spanish Steps, we will explore Piazza di Spagna, a small but important square in Roman culture.
Piazza Navona is on our itinerary too, one of the most beautiful Baroque squares in the centre of Rome, the best-known square in the city.
Last but not least, we will visit the Trevi Fountain, perhaps the most famous fountain in the world and definitely in Rome. The baroque fountain on the Piazza di Trevi was initially designed by Bernini for Pope Clemens XII. However, it was not built until 50 years later after a redesign by the architect Nicola Salvi.
Enjoy a comprehensive and fun guided tour with our expert guides, as you discover the city of Rome!
